Bumble Bee Seafoods - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Horrible customer service. The Mackerel is disgusting.
Coupons for a couple of cans were sent to me but the new product was just as disgusting as the one's I complained about. There's no way that what was in the half filled cans was fish. Subsequent attempts to contact them went unanswered. Recently I bought Brunswick kippers which, like the cans of Mackerel were partially filled.
Imagine my shock when the auto email response saying I would be contacted soon came from Bumblebee. No response at all from the service department. A second attempt at contacting them went unanswered. I live on fish eating 5-6 cans a week..
Good bye Bumblebee. Cute logo/*** service.
